Can we change your model? Can we use a custom model?

To stay compatible with RPM, you can customize the outfit on our RPM human body & rig. See

If you want a fully custom avatar including different body and head, and which look is not customizable by the user in the avatar editor, e.g. you won't be able to change skin color, hairstyles etc., you can make a Hero Character.

How long does it take to get our designs published?

Full-body outfits you can upload yourself in .

If you only want to upload a new color desin for an existing modular asset, you can use our .

For other asset types not yet supported by Studio, time varies, but in general up to a month for custom assets. A week for a premade asset from the And a few days for just a simple logo on a t-shirt or hoodie.

I need my asset by a specific date

When submitting for publication on a specific date, submit your designs with plenty of time for review. Make sure you plan for the possibility of making revisions before your design is accepted for publication. Depending on how custom your asset is, and how many assets you have, it can take up to a month. Please discuss your deadline with the RPM team.

How much does it cost to get my design published?

Can we limit our design to our domain?

Can we limit how long our design is available?

For example, for a time-limited promotion.

How do I get my design removed?

Contact Ready Player Me to have other asset types removed that you can't manage in Studio yourself.

Can you make models for us?

Ready Player Me cannot create assets for partners. If help is needed, we can connect you with one of our outsourcing partners.
