To make sure your designs work when the model moves, use the provided static and animated full-body templates to skin and test your outfits.
Reday Player Me rigs are compatible with Mixamo animations, which means you can test your outfit's mesh deformation with animations in your browser using Mixamo.
Remove the roughness map from your FBX file to avoid errors when uploading to Mixamo.
Export your updated FBX file.
Go to the Mixamo website, login if necessary, and click Upload Character in the right sidebar.
Select the FBX for your character, wait until uploading is finished, and click Next.
In the panel on the left, pick an animation to test.
Open your full-body outfit in Blender.
Import the downloaded test FBX file.
Select the clothing part and retarget its Armature to the Armature-skinning-test.
Retarget all other elements of your outfit.
Play the animation.
Adjust the Weight Paints, if needed.
Once you see no more clipping or other issues, retarget the outfit back to the Armature and delete the skinning test files.
The final blend file should not contain any extra information, only the full-body outfit and the Armature.
